During Rob's 34 years in the police he developed a conversation management model which he uses when engaging in awkward or difficult conversations. Having been a coach and mentor since 1992 he often either uses the model during sessions or if appropriate shares the model with his mentees for them to adopt. He has two books published based on his experiences. Rob will share that model with us.
