•Building your own resilience for when the goal posts move
Jo runs Optimise Consult, which is a marketing consultancy based in Belfast. Over the course of her 20 year career in marketing communications, Jo has become involved in a number of mentoring partnerships, both formal and informal.
Jo first became interested in business mentoring whilst studying for an MSc in Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, where she engaged in mentoring with a range of business owners and high-level executives. This really ignited a spark which has continued through her own business and in volunteering trustee roles at Youth charities.
Over her mentoring career, Jo has worked through some tricky business and personal issues with her counterparts and looks forward to sharing her insights with ABM members.
