Alan is a serial entrepreneur having started and scaled several businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership and senior management roles mostly at Director level in multiple sectors, including manufacturing, FMCG, the hospitality and events sector. He is proficient in aligning business strategy, organizational structure, and systems-focused operations, with a strong sales and marketing focus.
Alan has extensive experience coaching and mentoring SME businesses owners in the UK and Ireland delivering business growth and acceleration programs.
Alan holds multiple outdoor qualifications in climbing, mountaineering, water sports and mountain biking. He is happily married to Liz and has two daughters and three grandchildren. Alan currently lives in Portadown, Northern Ireland.
