A Lawyer by training but a Retailer at heart, Kirsten has Senior Executive experience in both large Corporates and SME’s within the UK Sports/Fashion industry. Kirsten is co-director of a specialist e-commerce consultancy and, until the Pandemic, also owned and managed a successful holiday rental business. She now applies her 35 years’ experience to her work as a Retail Consultant and professional Business Coach and Mentor.
With expertise in business and marketing strategy, Kirsten has negotiated multi-million pound sponsorship contracts with Premier League football clubs and managed large scale transition projects from conventional to online retail environments. Kirsten has led teams responsible for delivering e-commerce platforms for some of the world’s biggest sports brands and spent time in the Far-East as a consultant to adidas and Nike.
Kirsten is passionate about the transformational power of Mentoring and loves to work with leaders who understand that behavioural change in themselves can affect business out comes for the whole organisation. Since volunteering with the Help to Grow Scheme, Kirsten has qualified with the ILM5, will continue to ILM7, and is committed to lifelong earning and development.
In addition to Help to Grow and her private client work Kirsten also supports Small Business Britain, Bethe Business and the LFC Foundation.
