Steve Paul

Steve Paul is an experienced leadership coach and an expert mentor in branding, marketing, communications, and digital and has been a member of the ABM since 2022. Steve set up his coaching and mentoring practice, Cesura, in 2016 and works with business owners, senior managers, and rising stars – both private individuals and those in senior roles in small to medium-sized businesses.

As a leadership coach, Steve supports leadership and team development so businesses are better able to grow and succeed, while maximising employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing. As a marketing mentor he supports clients’ branding, marketing and digital teams with knowledge, skill, and hands-on practical support.

Steve’s experience comes from a long and varied career that has included leading marketing and sales teams at Philips Electronics, Lotus, Harper Collins, and The BBC. He has also held positions of Client Director, Head of Digital and Director of Digital Strategy at brand and digital marketing agencies.

Steve is a mentor on the Help to Grow: Management Course and is co-developing the Marketing Special Interest Group for ABM members.
