Join us as we continue our monthly ABM Practical Training sessions of 2025.  This session relates to the second of our core competencies – Contracting, Relationship Building & Expectations and will be facilitated by ABM Head of Learning and Development, Brenda Etchells.

In this session, we will:

• Explore the appropriate reasons to mentor a mentee
• Look at the importance of contracting, setting and agreeing the boundaries
• Discuss  how to gauge when boundaries are being crossed
• Examine strategies for checking in with client if boundaries are crossed
• Highlight the importance of self reflection including supervision and peer groups to challenge own practices
