The Association of Business Mentors (ABM) is the professional body for business mentoring.
Through, membership, training and research, the ABM drives business growth and wellbeing through the highest standards of business mentoring. The ABM is focussed on supporting professional mentors through continuous learning, development and peer support, helping them to deliver mentoring that leaves a lasting positive impact on businesses of all shapes and sizes.
The ABM champions the impact of professional mentoring on the business community, ensuring that mentoring is recognised as a vital part of the business support landscape.

- We are promoting professional standards of business mentoring, upholding the UK Professional Code of Conduct for Business Mentors and Business Mentoring and are a signatory of the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
- Through this, we are supporting the UK economy and business community by helping business owners find a trusted and qualified professional business mentor.
- We are advocating for professional business mentoring with the business community and political decision makers, driving understanding of the impact of business mentoring and reinforcing the important role it plays in the business support landscape.
ABM Team
The ABM team comprises a diverse group of experienced professionals who bring deep industry insights and a shared vision for empowering businesses across the UK through professional mentoring. Complementing this is the board of non-executive directors, which provides strategic oversight and ensures that ABM maintains its high standards of excellence and impact within the mentoring community.
ABM Network Chairs
With Chairs throughout the UK, the ABM Network provides opportunities for ABM members to meet and share mentoring best practice within the nations and regions within which they live and/or work.
