Hanne Bonczoszek is a coach, mentor, and learning and development specialist with over 20 years’ experience helping individuals, professionals, and organisations develop, adapt, and thrive.

Her background spans leadership, workforce development, coaching, and training across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. She began her career with the NHS, holding senior roles at the London Deanery, where she led medical recruitment, workforce planning, and training programmes across London’s healthcare system.

Since then, Hanne has designed and delivered coaching, mentoring, and learning programmes for healthcare professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, jobseekers, and community groups. As Founder of Impetus LCC, she supports individuals and small businesses in building confidence, resilience, communication skills, and sustainable performance.

Alongside her coaching practice, Hanne develops digital learning programmes and professional development content. She is passionate about helping people navigate change, increase self-awareness, and turn learning into meaningful action.

As Training and Quality Lead for the Association of Business Mentors, she leads mentor training, quality standards, and professional development initiatives, supporting mentors across the UK to strengthen capability and embed best practice.
