Founder and Managing Director of YUnique Marketing, Jarmila has built her career across start-ups, SMEs, challenger brands and global organisations, establishing and growing functions, building high-performing teams and bringing people together behind shared ambitions. A Chartered Marketer, Top100 CMO, Top50 Business Adviser and award-winning Business Mentor, she combines strategic and commercial leadership with extensive experience mentoring and supporting business leaders.

Alongside her commercial career, Jarmila has extensive Chair, board and advisory experience across business support organisations, marketing professional bodies and education institutions. She brings an entrepreneurial, action-oriented approach to leadership: building networks and programmes from scratch, revitalising others, and bringing the vision, energy and momentum needed to mobilise people around a shared purpose and turn strategy into action. An experienced keynote speaker, panellist and moderator, she will also represent ABM nationally, championing professional business mentoring and its role in helping leaders and businesses thrive.

Alongside continuing to lead YUnique Marketing and her wider portfolio of consultancy and business growth mentoring work, Jarmila will serve as Chair of the ABM Ambassador Network, leading the development and mobilisation of a new national network of regional Ambassadors, strengthening connections across the UK business ecosystem and helping turn national ambition into local impact.
