Previously, she held stakeholder engagement roles at The Institute of Leadership, where she led major global engagement initiatives and built partnerships across corporate, public and professional sectors. Jane specialises in creating strategic partnerships, growing communities and developing programmes that support leadership, mentoring and business growth. She is passionate about the role mentoring plays in developing future leaders and helping organisations navigate AI, skills gaps and a rapidly changing workforce.
