We invite all Help to Grow: Management Course mentors to join a Peer-Peer group.
Most mentors find that the best time to join a Peer-Peer Mentoring Group is when they first match with a participant.
Peer to peer mentoring is a process in which participants share their knowledge and expertise with each other in order to help every person grow and develop. Not only can this process help to improve the skills and knowledge of team members, but it can also foster a critical awareness of the key issues around mentoring and help to grow your mentoring network.
They are facilitated by an experienced member of the Association of Business Mentors and each session will explore a different aspect of mentoring.
