We are building a collegiate community for members to share best practice.
We are supporting our members as they grow knowledge and skills with continuous learning, development and qualifications, all within a professional framework.
We are promoting professional standards of business mentoring, upholding the UK Professional Code of Conduct for Business Mentors and Business Mentoring and are a signatory of the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
Through this, we are supporting the UK economy and business community by helping business owners find a trusted and qualified professional business mentor.
We are advocating for professional business mentoring with the business community and political decision makers, driving understanding of the impact of business mentoring and reinforcing the important role it plays in the business support landscape.

Governance

The ABM is a not for profit organisation. The governance structure is a Board of Directors, Regional Heads, Regional Ambassadors, CEO and a staff team. We derive our income from membership fees, partnerships and training. Any surplus is re-invested in promoting the ABM and professional business mentoring.
