ABM Principal Trainer

Emma is an accomplished and innovative training professional with a wealth of experience in higher education and professional development. She holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive and Senior Level Business Mentoring and a Postgraduate Diploma in Policy and Practice in Higher Education. As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), Emma brings a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies and learner engagement. She also serves as the Programme Facilitator for the Help to Grow programme at Lincoln University, where she supports business leaders in achieving their growth ambitions.

With an academic background that includes roles as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lincoln and lecturer positions at Sheffield Hallam University and Nottingham Trent University, Emma has cultivated expertise in delivering impactful and innovative learning experiences. Her training repertoire spans a wide range of areas, including business growth, marketing strategies, artificial intelligence adoption, mentoring, and productivity enhancement for SMEs and service-based businesses.

Emma is not only a Principal Trainer but also an experienced peer facilitator, mentor trainer, and practising business mentor. She is dedicated to supporting business leaders in developing effective strategies for growth and integrating AI solutions to drive productivity and innovation within their organisations.

As the creator of the “Clarity Driven Growth” methodology, Emma combines her passion for simplifying complex concepts with her commitment to delivering value-led, practical, results-oriented training.
