Supporting your professional mentoring journey

The ABM provides ILM recognised courses in Business Mentoring, and Senior & Executive Coaching and Mentoring (Business) for Help to Grow: Management Course Volunteer Mentoring

Volunteer mentors on the Help to Grow: Management Course are able to apply for a match-funded place on an  ILM 5 or ILM 7. We are also able to provide a limited number of ILM recognised Foundation in Business Mentoring scholarships for Help to Grow: Management Course volunteer mentors.

This offers a subsidised path for volunteer mentors to access a high-level qualification to support their Business Mentoring. Please see the table below for a summary of requirements.

Please note that the match-funded ILM Level 5 and ILM Level 7 programmes are currently paused. Whilst you can continue with your application, it is unlikely that we will be offering new cohorts before the 25/26 financial year.
