Ann Elisabeth Seach is a Senior Practitioner Coach and Business Mentor. She is a business owner and serial entrepreneur. Originally from Oxford her interest in people and culture led to her moving to Norway, where she earned her degree and raised her family single-handedly, while also learning the language. She founded Liberty Coaching and Consulting in Norway and later co- founded and is Director of Liberty360 ltd, incorporating Liberty Coaching and Consulting, TechwriterUK and Ann and Neil Design (AND).
Ann is described as a highly experienced corporate and commercial partner and a well-respected, trusted coach and mentor. She supports organisations at all stages of their life cycle and individuals with business concerns, challenges, growth, and transformations. Globally experienced, she brings a well-developed interest and competency in transitions and diversity through working on business and people development in various countries and industries. Her interest in people and cultures has equipped her with not only an extensive understanding of cultural differences but also the ability to effectively employ communication strategies.
