Bio:

Siobhán Lavelle is a highly experienced professional business mentor, guiding clients who need support to grow their business and reputation, engage with internal and external stakeholders, create impactful marketing communications, lead through change or deal with issues.

Siobhán has been a professional business mentor for 14 years, having mentored in executive roles throughout her career. She now works with business leaders and senior executives across multiple sectors, ranging from healthcare and education to professional services, property, engineering and creative industries.

In her mentoring practice, Siobhán uses established mentoring techniques and coaching tools to support business leaders and executives as they navigate their way through challenges and opportunities.

She draws on her extensive experience working within the NHS, at not-for-profits including UK national charity Dogs Trust, for global corporations including AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline and Merck, and in national and international consultancies including WPP, as well as her own consultancy experience supporting an extensive range and variety of clients.

Business leaders who work with Siobhán build skills to engage effectively with customers, networks and employees, to reach new markets, to meet and exceed business goals, manage change and successfully navigate issues or crises.

Siobhán brings a deep understanding of company culture, business practices and the impact of change, communication and engagement on business growth. Siobhán chairs the ABM South West and Wales Regional Group, co-chairs the ABM Special Interest Group on Marketing and is a member of the ABM Executive Team.

Siobhan is committed to excellence as a business mentor and pursues both informal learning and formal qualifications as part of her professional development.

Siobhán mentors on a voluntary basis for The Kings Trust, The University of Plymouth, the UK Government's Help to Grow initiative and The London Wayfinder Programme. She is an experienced peer group facilitator, including for the UK Government's Help to Grow programme.
