I use tools and models from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and DISC Psychometric Behaviour Profiling to grow your business, develop your staff and take your relationships with your clients to the next level. I will share my knowledge and background in developing people, improving communication and delivering interactive team building and Leadership resilience coaching/mentoring to ensure you scale your business to the level you are wanting and beyond.

I have also supported many SMEs, solo business owners, CiCs and start-ups with my mentoring and coaching packages and have worked within the private, public, and charity sectors with mentoring and coaching for people management, leadership development and High-Performance Teams Coaching/Mentoring.

As a specialist DISC Accredited Master Practitioner, I support clients in understanding the DISC Model of Human Behaviour, enabling them to see the benefits of improved communication, better productivity, and improved employee relations, and by understanding the power of their personality and how their own and their staff and clients personality preferences unlock potential.
