Sandra Garlick MBE is a business mentor, and former solicitor, dedicated to helping service-based business owners achieve sustainable growth.

With a background in Sales and Marketing, Head of HR, Legal, and Compliance, and founder of a Legal 500 law firm specialising in Employment and Business Law, Sandra has guided hundreds of businesses from startup through to exit.

Honoured with an MBE in the New Year Honours List 2020 for her services to women in business, she is known for her honest approach and builds trust with her mentees and clients, along with a touch of fun.

Sandra is passionate about igniting a spark in others, helping businesses grow through people by ensuring they have the right team in place, with a focus on cultivating a great business culture, and developing a strategy for growth through people. Sandra is a Certified Business Strategist and helps businesses identify strategies for growth and creating a visibility strategy.

Sandra is a public speaker has been featured on radio, TV, and in Hello Magazine. She hosts her own local weekly radio show and two podcast shows, where she continues to inspire and empower business owners.
