Bio:

I have over 35 years experience of working across HR specialising in learning & development and organisational development. I have held senior HR positions with organisations such as Standard Life, Capita Life & Pensions, Sky and KCA Deutag (Drilling) Ltd. I now have a learning & development company based in Edinburgh but working across the U.K.

I am passionate about helping people and organisations to learn and grow. I do this through offering coaching & mentoring and designing and developing training interventions that help drive business goals and objectives.

I am working towards my ILM level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, and I am thoroughly enjoying the journey (so far). I am a life-long learner and in the past year have gained diplomas in Human Resources, NLP Master Practitioner, Menopause Awareness and Mindful Mental Health.
