With thirty years experience, I have built up a deep knowledge of business. Not just the fundamentals but also at the cutting edge of management and technology with specific expertise in financial services/FinTech and light engineering. Business and marketing strategy, from vision to production to sales, are areas where I plan with company owners in scaling their businesses.

I work with owners of small to medium-sized business to plan and implement strategies as they scale. I also work with new directors mentoring as they grow into their new positions. Another specialisation is working with Non-executive directors (NED’s) to get them their first position.
