Bio:

I am Yevgeniya Yeomans (née Kazbekova), a business manager, consultant, and mentor with 20+ years of experience in international business, consultancy, training, and coaching. I hold an MBA, am pursuing a DBA, and have an ILM Level-5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

I’ve worked across industries such as agrochemicals, commodity trade, inspection, publishing, and consultancy, managing teams over 120 and delivering complex projects. I began mentoring during my managerial roles at international companies and through teaching Executive MBA programs at UIB (KZ). Currently, I mentor SME directors and owners, focusing on practical, goal-oriented approaches to drive business productivity and success.
