I am a Business Turnaround Specialist with significant success in assisting small businesses to strategically reposition their business, develop strategy, attract investment and secure public contracts. I am the CEO and founder of MENTupLEADup – delivering exceptional programmes for business leaders, coaches and mentors. I am the published author of “In Business With Yourself” (Orpen Press, 2021) – providing an unfiltered and practical insight into 8 types of small business owner and regularly deliver keynotes to small business leaders across the UK, Ireland and Europe. I am a business columnist with the Irish News and the Chair of the Association of Business Mentors, Ireland and a board member of Ards and North Down Business Hub.
