I run a business development company offering mentoring and coaching to purpose driven SME business leaders. I am a certified High Flow Coach and my training includes Positive Psychology, Flow Science, Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience. I help leaders get clarity, eliminate distractions, become disciplined and focussed, and be more successful in all areas of work/life

Since 2018 I have been running professional development groups for business owners. I have worked alongside highly successful entrepreneurs co-delivering these sessions and mentoring our members so they can move their business forward with confidence and consistency. I love helping these talented professionals unpick the challenges and problems that they encounter and also mirroring to them the wisdom that they hold inside – and then watch them step confidently into their leadership.
