Bio:

For over 26 years I led, coached and mentored individuals, teams, SMEs and corporate divisions in my role as a senior leader in a complex, dynamic and progressive FTSE 100 company. Throughout this period I learned significantly from the experience I gained whilst developing my own career from junior management to Executive Director level. This learning did not always come from success and achievement. Some of my best learning was gained from the mistakes I made. My natural coaching style is person centric, supportive, and collaborative. It is fluid and flexible, utilising a combination of different coaching models, and questioning techniques from a comprehensive repertoire to empower clients to move forward. I will provide appropriate challenge to thoughts, ideas and behaviours in order to help clients create new thinking, raise awareness, and explore more deeply what needs to be done to progress their goals and objectives. Clients can rest assured that as fully qualified coach and senior coaching practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I adhere to a robust Code of Ethics.
