I have over 18 years of working in service-based businesses as a Chartered Internal Auditor providing assurance on governance, leadership, and controls to mitigate risks to business success. As an Accredited Coach, I leverage this knowledge to help service-based entrepreneurs identify the building blocks for creating a business that aligns with their strengths, personality, and skills. I specialise in helping introverted female entrepreneurs and leaders to thrive. I enjoy reading, travelling.I provide executive coaching to leaders/managers to help them achieve increased self-awareness, develop their leadership style to create the right teams, and inspire staff to achieve peak performance. My style of mentoring is intuitive, challenging, and supportive, helping mentees achieve more than they thought was possible.
