Introduced simulation modelling for AGVs/ASRS to Mars Electronics, implemented best practice and ran factories for Thorn EMI Electronics and Sega Manufacturing UK. As a Senior Management Consultant with PwC and IBM, led business transformation projects with Disney, Pitney Bowes, Aventis, Shell, Philips, Polestar, Smith&Nephew, UNIQ Foods, plus 20 years’ experience running every aspect of 2 award winning businesses.
