Bio:

I’m curious about how people and businesses think, solve problems, and discover their purpose. I’m also a geek and a bit of a nerd. Technology is my thing, but more than that, it’s PEOPLE: those that design, build, manage, support and USE technology (basically, everyone!)

My work is about Leadership and Performance: developing strategy, creative trouble-shooting, complex problem-solving, facilitating the generation of ideas, streamlining processes, and simply making things work better for everyone.

2023: Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
20 years: leading and managing technology teams; coaching and mentoring hundreds of people on their professional, leadership, and career journeys.
30 years: mentoring individuals and groups at my alma mater (Westminster University)
2019 onwards: Civilian Instructor for the RAF Air Cadet Corps, mentoring young people in leadership, self-reliance, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

As an entrepreneur myself, I help people navigate their startup journey and the challenges that come with it.
I’ve had several of my own businesses over the years, including IT consulting, product design, and a not-for-profit.

My current portfolio includes: COO for a technology business bringing fairness and transparency to filmed entertainment finance, and CEO of Convoy Community, a NFP I setup at the start of the pandemic to support those searching for new roles during the lockdowns that has now assisted over 600 people.
