Bio:

Founder and Director of skillslocal an award-winning business coaching & mentoring practice in the Peak District. I support business owners, leaders and teams to flourish.

As a licensed Investors in People Practitioner (IIP) I support over 30 businesses to meet the three standards. I’m also a Master Practitioner for Wraw which is the world’s first psychometric to measure workplace resilience & Wellbeing. I am an ICF PCC accredited coach, Fellow of CMI and Associate of CIPD as well as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Instructor. I deliver a range of other key psychometrics including DISC and the full range of BeTalent assessments.

I’ve supported a number of high profile projects for key stakeholders and volunteer my time to support local businesses as Vice Chair for Business Peak District. I’m a Business Mentor with The Santander Women’s Breakthrough programme and the Government’s Help to Grow programme.

Other projects include supporting the University of Derby’s Higher Level Apprenticeship delivery programme and their Help to Grow and CRF projects. I delivered eight Peer Networks for East Midlands Chamber, LLEP and Stoke and Staffs LEP. I have also developed my own signature programme which helps businesses to flourish.

Originally from Manchester, I moved to the Peak District 25 years ago and live with my husband and two cocker spaniels (Peter, Dalton and Kelvin). I love travelling in Europe and become a Digital Nomad for three months every year!
