Bio:

I have worked in senior finance roles across blue chip companies. PLC’s and owner managed businesses. I was Finance Director with responsibilities for HR & IT at Company Shop Group where we grew the community interest companies side from 1-4 shops and the retail side from 3-5 shops whilst I was there with plans for further expansion.
I was responsible for hiring senior staff and restructuring the departments. The staff I recruited later become MD and also FD of the business.
Whilst at Company Shop I brought in a banding structure across the business and moved over 250 people from weekly to 4 weekly pay.

I have been a business owner for over 6 years providing Finance Director services, alongside coaching, mentoring and Non Executive Director work to owner managed businesses. I have also offered support to divisions of large PLCs through my own business.

Through my own business I have helped owner managed businesses develop strategies, raise capital, raise debt and manage people. Alongside this I have had feedback that I have helped the owners of businesses gain more clarity and feel in a much better place than they did before.
