Bio:

I am a former banking professional with over 20 years industry experience working at mostly Branch Manager and Area Manager level. I was a Branch Manager in HSBC, Halifax Ireland and I am passionate about people management and HR. I am focussed on how to operate business with an effective and efficient set up by availing of technology and being innovative.
I currently work as a Project Management in the civil service and I am responsible for projects over the value of £14 million which automate processes through IT solutions.
I am neurodivergent and I am a passionate advocate on the topic and all areas of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. I am the lead for Disability and Safe Havens in my area in the civil service and I work across government in this role to ensure we raise the profile of disability and drive a better understanding of how we can all be inclusive.
