For over 25 years Kate has worked with teams, individuals and large organisations managing and developing teams to deliver their best under high pressure situations. A former city solicitor turned operations director and experienced change manager, Kate has seen from the inside, and out, how to develop people to work at their best. Now as a executive leadership coach, she works with medium sized business and creative agencies across service-based industries, and specialises in communication and team dynamics. Kate is a multi award-winning ICF Accredited & GiANT Leadership coach, a PRINCE2agile Practitioner and an experienced change and communications manager. She is also a 5Voices Master Practitioner. Kate is an advisor to the Leaders’ Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Vice-Chair of IoD Surrey and a keynote speaker. Kate has been described as ‘The Board Whisperer’ – a reflection of her ability to see ‘how people tick’, improving performance, communication and trust, and resolving conflict, between senior leaders to create a better, more productive and happier working environment.
