Qualified as chartered accountant in 1992, then moved into industry. Worked in overseas and UK leadership roles in large and small organisations, becoming FD of Amnesty International, where I trained as a coach and mentor and rolled out an award-winning mentoring approach. As a full-time leadership coach and mentor since 2019, I specialise in growing your leadership effectiveness, mental resilience and motivation at work.
I am also a qualified mentor and coach supervisor.
