If you aspire to sell to enterprises, I know how they think and work which enables me to provide practical advice to organisations of all sizes which creates sustainable value in the areas of Strategy, Sales Growth, Scaling, Profitability Improvement and Leadership Development. With extensive international business experience, having worked in over 56 countries (and lived in some), I have distilled out the essential elements of success to remove the complications and mysteries so SMEs can learn, grow and create their own unique achievements. There are no secrets to success, but there are best practices! During a career that started as an electronics engineer in defence systems R&D, I’ve held many senior roles in front-line sales, sales management, strategy and as a P&L owner for a 22-country business. I’ve also been the Global Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at Nokia and founded an Asia-Pacific start-up unit. In addition to this broad business knowledge, I have industry experience in aerospace engineering, defence, Cloud, IoT, SaaS, telecoms and technology. For the leaders I mentor, I use my experience and good listening skills to help them solve problems, test ideas and structure their thinking to overcome the barriers to success.
