Bio:

Ian is an entrepreneur, consultant & business coach. He’s been blessed with a career in Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing for over thirty-five years. In 2014 he started his first business, Brilliant Industrial & Commercial Cleaning Group Ltd, which is now in its tenth year of operation. In addition Ian runs S?bisu and co-owns a Vending Service Business, Viking Vending Ltd and co-owns EcoChemPro (UK) Ltd.

His consultancy business, S?bisu is a motivational consultancy, coaching and education business operating in the UK and USA. Ian supports organisations as well as small business owners who want to scale. He coaches business leaders and entrepreneurs in all aspects of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Lean Operations, Continuous Improvement, 5S including Cleaning / Housekeeping.

Prior to starting his first business, Ian worked in the brewing industry for Molson Coors and the automotive industry based at Toyota’s factory in the UK.
