Founder and MD of YUnique Marketing Ltd, Jarmila Yu, is a globally ranked Top100 CMO, a Chartered Marketer, a Top50 Business Advisor, Top5 Marketing Strategist and Outstanding Mentor. A multi award-winning businesswoman, Jarmila is passionate
about forging strong links between business and education and is a champion for entrepreneurship and developing marketing excellence.

Having spent 25 years in technology marketing, building her career in start-ups and some of the world’s largest brands, Jarmila knows what it takes to develop successful marketing strategies and how to get the best performance out of teams. In 2016 she set up her own consultancy (YUnique Marketing Ltd), making it her mission to provide her CMO Advantage to Startups and SMEs – to enable them to drive economic growth. Working at board level as a Consulting Chief Marketing Officer with CEOs and founders, Jarmila brings proven expertise in guiding strategic discussions, leadership decisions, coaching and facilitating business peer groups. Clients testify that working with Jarmila and her team they’ve turned their boardroom vision into reality and achieved dramatic, significant and transformational results for instance they have a significantly raised profile, increased sales pipeline, in some cases attracted dramatically higher levels of investment and in others, successfully sold their business.

She is the Chair of the Surrey Branch of the IoD, Chair of the International Advisory Board at the School of Business & Management at Royal Holloway Univ. of London and Chair of the Talent Council at the DMA. She’s a registered mentor, supporting marketing and entrepreneur talent alike.
