As a coach, I help people step back from the noise of running a business to reflect, reconnect, and rediscover what matters most. Why choose me?

I know what it’s like to run a business and feel the weight of responsibility that comes with it. I’ve built a company that now runs itself, but I’ve also experienced burnout, doubt, and the struggle to balance ambition with the rest of life. Those experiences taught me that clarity and connection are just as important as strategy.

As an ILM Level 7 qualified coach, I combine professional expertise with a reflective, values-driven approach. My clients describe me as calm, curious, and thoughtful—someone who brings insight and perspective without judgment or agenda.

A bit more about me…

I’m based in Cumbria, where I work with clients locally and virtually across the UK. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me exploring the Cumbrian trails, cooking, or adventuring with my wife and three children. Life is an adventure, and I believe business should feel that way too.
