I’m an experienced coach and mentor who offers specific and personally tailored support and expertise for senior leaders, managers, and business owners and their teams.

I know from personal experience how tough owning a business can be and how lonely a CEO role can feel. I didn’t always get it right and learnt the hard way through my own mistakes.

I provide reflective time and space whilst enabling you to identify solutions/actions proven to get results.
I will challenge however always do so in a considered, supportive manner that aims for your difficult issues to be voiced, faced, and managed.

The basis of my practice is active listening, a non-judgemental approach, constructive feedback, responsive interactions, and realistic planning and reflective space.

The aim is always that that the time you make feels beneficial and achieves the ‘why’ you made your initial contact.

I’m an expert in building strong and inclusive organisational cultures aiming for all to feel valued and included.
I can support you to focus on your business rather than being in the business and why your health and wellbeing is critical to ensuring you don’t face burnout and being demotivated.
I can guide you through the process of succession planning and selling and exiting your business.

We can discuss whatever is on your mind/agenda and if you are feeling overwhelmed and need to refocus yourself/your team or want to feel more effective as a leader this is the space to do so.

I am a fully qualified executive (leadership) coach and careers coach with extensive experience in previously owning and operating a business. As the CEO I took overall responsibility for growing, developing and ensuring the sustainability of my own organisation.
