– Started a property consultancy from scratch in Central London and sold it after a 10-year growth period.
– Multiple business owner and currently involved in M&A activity to acquire new businesses.

Property Background:
– Progressed from residential refurbishments to multi-unit residential and mixed-use schemes from 5 to 12 storeys, and then to commercial and industrial opportunities.
– Expert in identifying value add and asset management opportunities.
– Highly skilled in developing project strategies which manage risk and maximise value.
