When I left Carlsberg 20 years ago, I set up JMR Sales & Consultancy Ltd. to help a variety of clients with short to mid-term contracts solving a wide range of their business development challenges.
My objective in these contracts is usually to improve the performance of people and processes so that any costs are covered by additional profits. These benefits tend to last long after my departure.
The experience of working as a Sales Director as well as in Purchasing and Marketing has given me a broad range of skills which can help solve most clients’ commercial challenges.
Naturally, I use Mentoring in my methodology but I also use Consultancy for those clients who want me to undertake a Sales Audit or Coaching for those clients who want o work out the answers for themselves.
