With a career spanning nearly 30 years, Amanda draws on her extensive experience as a Big Four strategy consultant and accomplished entrepreneur to deliver transformative coaching and mentoring tailored to individual and organisational needs.
As co-founder and former CEO of Visionnaires, Amanda empowered thousands of underrepresented founders across diverse sectors, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and resilience to build thriving businesses. She oversaw an extensive coaching and mentoring program, conducting numerous impactful sessions herself.

During her tenure as a Director at PwC, Amanda was a dedicated coach, guiding individuals in advancing their careers and navigating day-to-day challenges. She also mentored many graduates and early-career professionals, helping them lay strong foundations for future success. Today, Amanda’s coaching and mentoring expertise spans leadership teams of technology startups, founders steering high-growth ventures, and lifestyle business owners seeking clarity and direction. She is a trusted mentor at Block Dojo, a web3 accelerator, and previously mentored with Barclays Techstars.

In addition to her coaching work, Amanda serves as a Trustee for Nacro, a social justice charity, and as a Non-Executive Director of Capital Enterprise, supporting UK startups, and London & Partners, London’s growth agency.
