About Michelle

Michelle has a passion and talent for developing others. She believes that what is important in life is making a difference to people and does this through honesty and integrity along with a sense of fun. She is an award-winning trainer, natural facilitator and highly successful coach with nearly 20 years’ experience working with various blue chip companies, local authorities, the NHS and smaller private companies. She founded Pro-Development to deliver bespoke development solutions to clients that drive the right outcomes, as well as providing consultancy, coaching and team/leadership development. Michelle has extensive expertise in leadership and coaching with both individuals and teams. Before founding Pro-Development, she was responsible for coaching and managing the performance of senior managers in Aviva (UK) Life, as well as providing leadership to a team of professional development consultants. She believes her experience and skills enable her to add great value and make a different to our clients. Michelle has a BA (Hons) in Business Management, won the Gold Award for Trainer of the Year in 2006 and become a qualified Coach through The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OCM) as well as being a member of the Learning & Performance Institute (MLPI).
