As part of our commitment to strengthening the learning journey for business mentors, we are planning the ABM Training Centre’s and membership resources offer. To make sure our programmes genuinely meet your needs at every stage of your mentoring career, we’re bringing together a small group of members to take part in a focused, interactive conversation.
We’d love to invite you to join one of our focus groups.
During the session, we’ll explore what great training looks like for you, how you prefer to learn, what progression means in practice, and where you feel additional support or CPD would make the biggest difference. We’ll keep it practical and engaging, using a mix of guided discussion and short polls to gather your insights.
Your experience and perspective as an ABM member are essential to shaping a training offer that feels like a genuine benefit of membership and stays ahead of the needs of today’s business mentoring landscape.
There are two groups taking place – Monday 8th December 2025 at 4:30 pm and Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 2 pm. (Please click here for the Monday session) They will last no longer than 45 minutes.
