My role at the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) is to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so our members feel supported every step of the way. My role covers membership, training, and digital platforms, and I focus on creating the structure and processes that keep the organisation efficient and growing.

With over five years of experience in membership operations and customer service, I’ve developed a strong background in managing systems, improving workflows, and coordinating across teams. I’ve led projects to enhance CRM systems, finance reporting, and partner collaboration, always aiming to make things easier and more effective for everyone involved.

I enjoy connecting people, processes, and outcomes – whether that’s supporting senior leadership, streamlining daily operations, or ensuring compliance. I’m motivated by problem-solving and finding ways to make things work better, which helps ABM continue delivering real value to our members and raising professional standards across the UK.
