Making work work for everyone – leaders, teams, and customers – is my passion and professional purpose. After a twenty-year global career in the private and public sectors, including ten years as a senior leader, I wanted to help other teams and leaders be their best and bring that best to their customers. That led me to the University of London, where I qualified as an Organisational Psychologist in 2022. Following my graduation, I was asked to join my college (Birkbeck) as an Associate Tutor delivering impactful learning on leadership, well-being, and learning and development. I am actively involved in several leadership research projects and authored a year-long research study on authenticity in women’s leadership during my Masters degree. Today, in the Contented Workplace Company, I combine my professional experience as a global leader with academic rigour. It’s the natural evolution of my skills, experience, and training: As a qualified Organisational Psychologist, my work is data and evidence-driven; as a previous people leader, my expertise has been forged in real-world experience. Importantly, I continue learning through ongoing CPD achieving the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring in 2024. Since 2022, I have delivered executive coaching to C-Suite and other senior leaders. My speciality is women leaders and those recently appointed to Board and Executive positions.
