Professional business mentoring sits at the heart of the business support landscape. It has a vital role to play in the future of all businesses right across the UK, Ireland and overseas. As an ABM member, your role and mentoring journey is driving that future. We hope it’s a role and membership you are proud of.
As we continue to grow, develop and work to support you in that journey, we have today launched our purpose, vision and goals statement. We work hard to deliver against these goals, ensuring at all times that ABM members are learning, developing and providing the “gold standard” in professional business mentoring across the UK and Ireland. That starts this afternoon with a discussion led by Learning & Development Director, Tim Anderson, on the opportunities ahead for ABM members. Sign up here to be part of that discussion.
The ABM is the professional body for business mentoring in the UK and Ireland. We promote and maintain the highest standards in professional business mentoring and champion its impact on the business community.
We are building a collegiate community for members to share best practice.
We are supporting our members as they grow knowledge and skills with continuous learning, development and qualifications, all within a professional framework.
We are promoting professional standards of business mentoring, upholding the UK and Ireland Professional Code of Conduct for Business Mentors and Business Mentoring and are a signatory of the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors.
Through this, we are supporting the UK and Ireland economy and business community by helping business owners find a trusted and qualified professional business mentor.
We are advocating for professional business mentoring with the UK and Ireland’s business community and political decision makers, driving understanding of the impact of business mentoring and reinforcing the important role it plays in the business support landscape.
We look forward to working with you, and supporting you, over the months and years to come.
