Ben directs the Help to Grow: Management programme for the ABM where he is accountable for Onboarding, Training and Mentor Support alongside leading the ABMs PMO and project team. He also chairs the EDI group and sits on the expert advisory group for the HtG:M Alumni network. He has had senior roles in education, charity and creative sectors running national and international programmes with a particular focus on education and training. He is a front-runner in AI technology, developing ABM’s AI workstream – to date this has included 7 custom AI tools, an ILM assured AI for Business Mentors course and an upcoming whitepaper. Ben is also a member of the ABM and enjoys mentoring leaders through dramatic organisational change.
