Funded by the Help to Grow: Management Course and designed to equip participants with the confidence and skills to deliver exceptional volunteer mentoring as part of the Help to Grow: Management Course, the next masterclass is Beyond One Size Fits All – Mentoring in an Inclusive and Neurodiverse World
In this Mentor Masterclass, you’ll gain practical, neurodiversity-informed strategies to make your mentoring more inclusive – so every mentee can think clearly, communicate confidently and perform at their best. During the session we will be considering why neuro-processing awareness matters in business, holding an expert panel interview and applying the learning through group work, Q&As and action planning.
