As mentors, we often focus on plans, priorities and performance, but what if mindset is the real lever for business growth? This interactive workshop explores the critical role mindset plays in unlocking progress, and how mentors can help founders move beyond thinking and into meaningful action. Drawing on real-world coaching experience with hundreds of leaders, this session will help you recognise when mindset, not strategy, is the true barrier – and what to do about it.
