For years, I worked as a business analyst and founder, building systems that removed friction and saved time. For example, I developed a bespoke software tool to automate a core repeatable process in my own business. It eliminated errors and saved us countless hours, allowing my team to focus entirely on client relationships and negotiations - the things that really added value and made a difference for our clients.

More recently, I’ve been helping small business owners escape burnout and false busyness by focusing on mindset and purpose. But I see a gap: mindset shifts aren’t enough if the business runs on broken systems and poor processes. That's where time keeps leaking out.
