I am an experienced board director and adviser with over 30 years of commercial leadership, having founded and grown a group of companies in manufacturing, interiors and property. I gained hands-on experience across all areas of business, including in strategic planning, finance, growth, operational transformation, sustainability and governance.

I have subsequently focused on a portfolio of advisory, mentoring and non executive roles. I work with a small number of founders and business owners where my experience can add real value. I particularly enjoy helping SMEs identify and implement opportunities for growth, or to deal with major challenges, and start ups to clarify their proposition, build robust business and marketing plans, develop compelling pitches, and prepare for investment.

My mentoring is best suited to entrepreneurial leaders, especially in B2B, SaaS, manufacturing, sustainability, and the circular economy. I aim to provide practical, strategic insight, blending challenge and support, to help founders build resilient, sustainable enterprises – while also maintaining good mental and physical health.
